In 2015 we opened Quesa Mx Street Food with one simple notion in mind: despite the overwhelming number of ‘Mexican” and Tex-Mex restaurants in Texas, Americans were starving for something better. The public was asking, so we delivered. We connected America’s passion for Mexican food with a fresh, simple, and modern concept that resembled a big city casual restaurant rather than a border town style locale.
